This home accommodates six people, one king and two queen bedrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan and there is gas heating for the cooler months. Bi-fold doors lead out to an intimate deck on the left and a well-appointed covered entertainment area with an outdoor dining table and Weber BBQ. The garden with its sun lounges provides the perfect spot to get lost in a good book or an afternoon of drinks on the lawn. Location, location is the key to The Carlyle with both town centre and Main Beach approximately 500 metres away. You can leave your car behind when exploring Byron as there is off-street and undercover parking. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $100. 2. Should the booking be cancelled within 60 days of arrival the total amount paid will be retained and all efforts will be made to re-book the property at the same tariff. Should we successfully re-book the property all monies less a $100 administration fee will be refunded. 3. All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing. Please email info@byronbeachrealty.com.au 4. The booking is made in good faith by our office and maybe subject to cancellation or change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the owner of the premises outside of our control. 5. In the event of a cancellation all accommodation payments with be refunded in full and all reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
